INTERNATIONAL CONTRACT No. 6 - HIDES & SKINS

This Short Form Contract is applicable to all types of hides and skins and is to be used with the appropriate Annexe.

Note: When used for C.I.F. transactions Clauses 6 and 17.3 are to be regarded as deleted. When used for (CFR) (C & F) transactions Clauses 6, 11 and 17.3 and any references to Insurance in Clause 12 are to

be regarded as deleted.When used for F.O.B. transactions Clauses 11, 12.8 and any references to Insurance in Clause 12 are to be regarded as deleted. These clauses to be found in the full text of the

official contract form.
